Drama finally over? Five months after Kandi Burress sued her Real Housewives of Atlanta costar Kim Zolciak for making a profit off Zolciaks 2009 dance single Tardy for the Party, Zolciak has come out on top in court, TMZ reports. A judge has officially ruled in Zolciaks favor as she responded with her own legal documents, claiming Burress, 37, used the lawsuit as a publicity stunt to promote her now-canceled show The Kandi Factory.
Zolciak previously asked Burress for help to rework her track Tardy for the Party into a dance song. It later reached number 20 on iTunes Top 200. Burress is a Grammy-winning singer songwroter thats behind hits like TLCs No Scrubs and Destiny Childs Bills Bills Bills.
